Our Story
From a Two-Person Office to 500+ Projects
Vega Homes was founded in 2011 by three civil engineers who believed construction in Kerala deserved more transparency than it typically got. What started as a two-person site office with a single residential contract has grown into a team of over 50 in-house professionals, spanning architecture, structural engineering, project management, and skilled trades.
Along the way, we made a deliberate choice to keep design, engineering, and execution under one roof rather than subcontracting the parts that matter most. That decision has shaped everything since — from how we quote projects to how we handle the inevitable surprises that come with construction. Today, Vega Homes has delivered more than 500 residential and commercial projects across Kerala, and the two-person site office has become two regional offices with a reputation for finishing what we start.

Vega Homes Founded
Started by three civil engineers with a two-person site office and a single residential contract in Trivandrum.
- 2014
First Commercial Project
Delivered our first commercial contract — a mid-sized office complex — expanding beyond residential construction.

100 Projects & a Second Office
Crossed 100 completed projects and opened a second regional office to serve clients across Kerala.

In-House Architecture Division
Brought design and structural planning in-house, giving clients a single accountable team from blueprint to handover.

Arvind Krishnan
Founder & Managing Director
A civil engineer by training, Arvind founded Vega Homes in 2011 and has overseen its growth from a two-person site office to a 50+ person firm.
Meera Pillai
Head of Architecture & Design
Meera leads the in-house architecture division, translating client briefs into buildable, code-compliant designs since 2019.
Thomas Abraham
Head of Project Operations
Thomas manages day-to-day site operations across all active projects, from scheduling to vendor and safety compliance.
